Come to the Colington Harbour
BLESSING OF THE FLEET

Saturday May 25, 11:30 AM. 

The annual Colington Harbour Blessing of the Fleet will be held on Saturday, May 25.

All Boats and their Crews from inside and outside the community are invited to participate.

Boats should gather in the canal on the south side of the Harbour at 11:00 AM and
the boat parade and ceremonies will begin promptly at 11:30.

The Coast Guard Auxiliary boat will lead the procession.

Monitor Channel 68 to hear the Ceremony and instructions.
Mr. Holton Bond, a U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Member will introduce The Reverend Teresa Holloway, of Colington United Methodist Church, who will offer a Mariner’s Prayer and bless each vessel as it passes the Park bulkhead.

Nonboaters are invited to observe the ceremonies at the Harbour docks or in the park.

 Come join us to help start off the boating season and for a day of fun.

After the Blessing, the Coast Guard Auxiliary will be offering Vessel Safety Checks
